Habit Building
I believe that a big obstacle that everyone faces when they are trying to create better habits is trying too many new habits at once. I am guilty of this, trying to eat better, brush my teeth regularly, go to the gym, and reduce my screen time. Trying to make these habits at the same time, that's hard. So what we should be doing is create one better habit first, and once it's become a nearly autonomous habit, add another one. I am going to try to do this from now on.
